Place branding and placemaking project aimed at creating a new destination in a city in the countryside of São Paulo. The area was located within a new growth corridor, and the challenge was to think beyond a traditional real estate development. It required envisioning a new neighborhood, fully integrated with the city and its natural surroundings.
