Cidade Legano – RS

Planned neighborhood development project in Nova Santa Rita, in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre, Brazil. Nova Santa Rita has, over the past decade, consolidated itself as the main expansion vector of the neighboring city of Canoas. Within this context, we were challenged to find the right balance between a municipality that still retains a small-town atmosphere and the arrival of a new development that inherently brings transformation and growth.

The project required a careful understanding of local identity, aspirations, and urban dynamics in order to design a positioning and strategic direction capable of integrating progress with authenticity, ensuring that development would enhance, rather than disrupt, the municipality’s character.
