Coudelaria Souza Leão – Recife

Project focused on developing the positioning strategy for a new development planned for the site of the Souza Leão Stud Farm, located in the heart of Recife. Although the project was initially conceived with a primary residential vocation, the diagnostic phase revealed significant potential for additional development vectors, particularly in leisure and entertainment.
