Project focused on building the positioning strategy for the development of a new planned neighborhood in Campo Grande. The main challenge was that the project site was located within a new growth corridor of the city, an area not yet perceived as prime due to its proximity to more stigmatized neighborhoods. It was essential to understand how to create a new destination without segregating the existing community.
