In 2021, we were commissioned by the Municipality of Paracatu and SEBRAE-MG to develop the city branding strategy for Paracatu, located in the northwest of Minas Gerais. The city needed to create a strategic plan for its future, independent of the mining sector, whose activities are expected to end in 2030.

The project involved five months of work and strong community engagement, generating 2,000 ideas and resulting in an activation plan structured around 34 projects distributed across six macro initiatives: place brand policies, digital city branding, community engagement, stakeholder engagement, place marketing, and placemaking.
