Project focused on the positioning of a new real estate development planned for the eastern region of Teresina. The area was consolidating itself as a new growth corridor of the capital and already included established developments such as Alphaville. The challenge was to understand how the new project could distinguish itself from the existing ones and, at the same time, promote integration with the more developed areas of the city.
